These terms govern your use of the iAutoworx website and mobile automotive repair service. By creating an account or booking service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

iAutoworx is a mobile mechanic service — we come to your home, office, or another agreed location to perform vehicle repair and maintenance. The site lets you create an account, request an appointment, track its status, and pay for completed work online.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (contact details, vehicle information, service address) and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Submitting a request schedules a visit but isn't a guaranteed time slot until we confirm it. Before any work begins, we'll provide an itemized quote; the price you're charged is based on the actual work performed, which may differ from an initial estimate if the scope of the job changes once a technician examines the vehicle — we'll let you know before doing additional work beyond what was quoted.

Need to reschedule or cancel? Contact us as soon as you can so we can offer that time to another customer.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on the job, we may collect a deposit at booking, with the balance due on completion, or charge the full amount up front — the invoice you receive will say which applies. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

We perform all work to reasonable industry standards using qualified technicians. We're not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to the work performed, or for problems that arise from inaccurate information you provided about your vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iAutoworx's liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

The iAutoworx name, logo, and site content are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photos you upload remain yours — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
